Tubular FIBC bags are constructed with a body tubular fabric sewn with top and bottom fabric panels as well as 4 lifting point loops. The circular design is ideal as a linerless option for fine materials, such as wheat, starch, or flour in food industry as well as chemical, agriculture, mineral & construction industries with loading up to 2000kgs. Circular construction eliminates side seams, bring better sift proof and anti-moisture result compared with U panels or 4 panels FIBCs. The spread loop design allows for easy fork lift access.
The tubular bag will form a cyclical shape after loading the bulk material, when equipped with baffles, it will maintain the square shape.
Top Filling, bottom discharging, loops lifting and body accessories can be sized and shaped based on the customer’s demands.
With virgin woven polypropylene, bulk bags can be manufactured as 5:1 or 6:1 to SWL according to the GB/ T10454-2000 and EN ISO 21898:2005
•Body fabric: 160gsm to 240gsm with 100% virgin polypropylene, UV treated, coated, vertical fabric reinforcement are on option;
•Top filling: spout top, duffle top（skirt top）, open top are on option;
•Bottom discharging: spout bottom, plain bottom, skirt bottom are on option;
•Open top-bottom tubular inner liner, bottle neck inner liner, shaped inner liner are on option
•1-3 years anti-aging is on option

The body fabric is tubular, when filled the circular bag will bulge at all sides with losing square shapes. However, baffles that are extra fabric panels sewn into the four corners of the bags will allow the bag to better maintain its square or rectangular shape when filled with bulk material, making it easier to store or transport.
